Before
any audit, we contact you in order to get to know you better: your
profession, your company, your Web site. This initial contact is
also the basis for determining your certification approach.
The
audit
We
set up an audit process which enables all WEBCERT® mark commitments
to be examined. The WEBCERT® mark audit includes 2 phases: an on-line
audit of the Web site, and an in-house company audit. The on-line
audit enables us to evaluate all of your service offering. We check
the presence of the necessary information on your site and we proceed
with on-line purchases. For your in-house audit, an auditor expert
in company quality management meets the people/departements concerned
with WEBCERT® mark commitments : sales department, after-sales service,
data processing department, logistics...
Certification
decision
Subsequent
to the audit, a group of experts, comprised of professionals and
consumers, analyzes the audit report and takes a decision. The certificate
is then issued for 3 years, during which time which we will conduct
annual audits.
Post
Certification Communication
Once
certified, the WEBCERT® mark brand posted on your site will be a
mark of recognition of the quality of your services to your existing
and future customers.
